JD Voss is a restaurateur & chef who loves to use food and drink to build community and create safe spaces that leave people feeling warm-all-over, in a tight hugged kind of way. JD owned a restaurant in San Francisco for 10 years and has been in the industry all of their life. As a kid they worked on anything in food, whether it was scooping ice cream (and making sure it tasted good...for the customers) or building sky high mac n' cheese towers. JD has traveled all over the world, learning different cultures and creating their diverse food palate to bring people together.  JD is excited to be back in their hometown of Chicago and looks forward to meeting you, please come in and say hi!
